Prestatyn Shopping Park totals over 160,000 sq ft of prime open A1 shopping park accomodation. The development comprises of a new (2013) 75,000 sq ft Tesco foodstore and an Marks and Spencer Food and Department Store of over 50,000 sq ft.

Other High Street retailers include, Next, New Look and River Island, Boots. The park has been developed to a high specification and will provides a first class shopping environment for Prestatyn.
